So after having MAJOR issues getting my Bionic activated...(got it Friday and had to go out and buy a new SIM card)....Verizon tells me on Saturday, they're going to overnight me a new device for delivery today. I never received a confirmation for shipment so I called yesterday to make sure everything was OK and was told "yes, your phone will be there tomorrow"....NOPE! FedEx came and nothing! So I called Verizon this morning again and was told that the order was never placed. I asked if we could get the phone shipped overnight today and was told "not a problem". I still haven't received a shipment confirmation so I called AGAIN to see what was going on and was told that they were waiting for a supervisors signature to ship the phone! OMG! I'm really frustrated right now....all I want is my fookin phone! aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!! I have "Bionic Envy" right now....

First, you had to BUY a new SIM card?? Verizon supplies the SIM card for free with your service and I have never had to pay for one, even when getting a replacement card. That's like a credit card company charging you for the actual credit card itself.

Second, you are well within 14 days of an exchange for a brand new phone (they even have it written all over the receipt you get after purchasing the phone) by walking into any Verizon corporate store.

We just have third party stores here....the closest corporate store is 2 hours away. The sim card that came with the phone was defective so we had to go out and get one. I'm on the phone with Verizon right now and I don't think I'm getting this damn thing til Thursday....it totally sucks to be me right now...
