Nine App (9Folders) contact don't show in native app

Hi,

I use Nine app (9Folders) for my emails with Exchange. With Nine contact's syncing enabled (Nine settings/My account/Contacts/Contacts sync/Enable), I only see 1 contact (always the same) of my Nine contacts on my phone's native contacts app. The others don't show up.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S7. In my phone's native contacts app, the settings are to show all my contacts (from all accounts). What do I need to do?

I use Nine and really like the app. Contact them by going to Nine's settings, Send Feedback, Report a problem and check the box to include the device logs. They are very good about fixing problems. They have resolved a few issues for me.
