Ninetndo DSi running android?

Since android is an open source project, is there any way to get any version of android on the DSi? I know the DSi can run custom ROMs because it's has some hacks you have to do and install onto the SD card and goes into the DSi. I yet haven't seen android running on it.

One, there probably isn't enough ram to run the software san 1.0. Don forget the processor is like only clocked at 300 mhz(somebody please look up the specs). Now, if you were talking about the 3ds, it might barely run 2.0 with 256 mb of ram and a 600 mhz it would barely pass. I'd say 2.2?
