No 3G or 4G

I have looked at other threads on how to get 4G LTE, because I have a 4G phone that is never on 4G, and while doing so I lost all G* connection (*3G and 4G) Wifi still works normally. The network mode is on LTE/CDMA and I plan on going to my Verizon dealer as soon as I can. However, if anyone has had this problem before and can tell me how to fix it, I would like that rather than going the Verizon store.

Two things to check first. One, do you know for sure you're in a 4G coverage area? Verizon is expanding it rapidly, but there are some places still on 3G only, regardless of the phone you have. Second, since it sounds like you at least had 3G at first, have you checked to see if you didn't simply turn cell data off in the settings?

I checked and I have it turned on.
