No 4g/LTE after last update?

Hello! I have a Huawei P8. After it's last update I don't seem to be getting any 4g. Not 100% sure it's the update that caused it, as I didn't pay much attention to it seeing as I have made some configurations with warning me when my data usage is high etc and I might have been putting on a block. Now it's a new month and data usage is reset, but still no 4G, which lead me to believe it might be the update. I have tried turning it on/off, tried turning 4G on/off - but to no avail. Is there anything I can do? It's as if I have turned 4G/LTE/Mobile data (not sure which one you use) completely off seeing as I don't get Edge or det H+ symbol either.

Turn Wifi off and see if you get a data symbol. Some carrier setups just turn the symbol off so you know you're using wifi, not mobile data.

If not, bring it to your carrier. If their update broke your phone, they're liable.

That's the thing, when I turn WiFi off there's nothing. Not the mobile data symbol and of course not the WiFi symbol. I'll take it to the shop I bought it at maybe, thanks!

Have you done a factory data reset yet? Be sure to backup data before you do that
