No 4G since update

A month ago when VM was doing their update, I started getting error code 67, which prevented me from using anything but Wifi. I found online that updating my profile and PRL would fix the problem. It did for 3G, but a month later I'm still not able use 4G. My wife has the exact same phone, but she never had the error, never had anything to fix, and connects to 4G just fine. I've tried updating the profile and PRL again, but it doesn't help. If there's a way to fix this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Might try dialing ##CLEAR# in the dialer. Then tap reset on the next screen. If that doesn't work you may have to call VM.

unfortunately, that didn't work. i've been emailing with VM, but so far the last couple hours have just been trying to explain to them that I live in an "unannounced city"
