no audio, cant watch videos and make calls. SDS

When I lock my phone it turns off. I have to hold the power and home button to reset it. I cant watch YouTube videos or hear any audio. I cant even use the microphone for Google voice or to make a phone call. I know my speakers work and my microphone work but I don't know the problem. I was on stock firmware then I went back to CM 10.1 and I still have the same phone problem. I think I have the sudden death but I don't know
