no audio on converted videos

OK, I can convert videos to h264 m4v but every time I do I get no audio on my Iconia. What audio codec should I use?

I had this issue also and found that the video rip was fine, there is a separate setting I found on the iconia that fixed the problem. Go to settings, Dolby Mobile and enable it. That's what worked for me, hope it does for you too.
