No audio on Ford Sync

[Android Central Question]

Note 20 Ultra, Ford Edge Sync Bluetooth issue.

Phone will connect for calls but not audio.

When I go into settings > Bluetooth > sync audio is turned off. If I try to toggle it on it hesitates then turns back off.

I have:
- restarted the phone
- disconnected and repaired the phone and car
- tried to play with developer Bluetooth settings

Car played audio from phone yesterday.

Welcome to Android Central! Any other Bluetooth devices competing with the car for Phone Audio, like earbuds?

Are you able to reboot the car system?

See if there a update for Ford sync system , can try disconnecting battery (negative) for 20 mimutes also

I have a Ford Fusion with Sync 1. The very basic 4" screen. I have had issues with my phone as well. I would try rebooting Sync. If that doesn't work, look and see if there is a Sync update available.
