No Bluetooth Connection?

So, I just factory reset my LG Watch Urbane and I was finally able to connect it to the Wear OS app.

My Wi-Fi is connected, but my Bluetooth still shows as disconnected.

Can someone please help me to connect my watch to my phone via Bluetooth?
