No Chat Support Option On VZ Pixel??

Nope, just used chat support today with a Verizon Pixel. Worked great.

That happened to me at some point. Chat is grayed out right. Try staying on that screen for a bit. I noticed it and was back and forth with my phone. But at some point I went back to check and was looking at the TV. I had switched to leaving the display on for 10 minutes so it didn't time out. After a few minutes of watching whatever I looked back at the phone And chat was the same color as call.

Exactly greyed out..was just curious if the VZ model was limited to calls only...thanks for the tip, I'll see if it lights up at some point

Just checked mine and both are blue.

Are you talking from phone or Verizon site?

I believe it is greyed out when chat is not available.
