No cloud on my note 8

Hey guys. I just switched from the s8+ (att) to the note 8 (verizon). There is no Samsung cloud on my phone. Is there a alternative I can use that backs up the same things, APP data, home screen, settings and more? I've looked on here for answers and couldn't find anything. Thanks

Did you try searching Samsung cloud in the setting? It might just be hidden

it is there but Big Red disables it. did the same thing on the Note 7. there was a way on the Note 7 to activate it, but that trick did not work for me on the Note 8.

I tried it & same thing. Worked on the N7, but not on the N8. Fungul Verizon.

I reconfigured Verizon Cloud to only store my contacts. I don't need it to back my call history, messages, documents, or photos. Google photos does the photos. By doing that I have 5 gigs of free data that will last. I refuse to pay Verizon for more storage space, when I also have a terabyte on Microsoft Drive which came with Microsoft 365. My documents get stored there as well as another copy of mystery photos and videos.
