No Command screen after updating

Hello all,

I recently upgraded my wife's phone to the new update. We have the same phone and I had no issue with my update. After installing the new update on her phone, it now goes to the no command screen and keeps rebooting to it. I have done a partition wipe, a factory reset and it is still doing the same thing. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

You can try using the Verizon Software Repair Assistant. See https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...support/knowledge-base-116950/&token=CueUH3yW

Do note that I have read before that it may not work on USB 3 ports, so if you know that your computer has both USB 2 and USB 3 ports, try swapping the cable if you get an error message.

Otherwise, perhaps a trip to the Verizon Wireless store would be worth a try?
