No corporate mail setup

One of my co-workers has a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx that does mot have the icon for Corporate email. We have just switched to Microsoft Exchange and I need to set up his email on his Droid. Verizon was unable to help, they want me to do a full erase and reinstall.

I hope someone has encountered this issue and can offer a resolution.
