This is a really weird thing that I noticed in a few different apps. In these apps, when I long-press to select text, I don't see the two carats that let me edit it. I see them in the stock e-mail and messaging app and on Tapatalk, but not in apps like Chrome or Facebook.
Why the inconsistency? Is there anyone else who noticed this, or am I the only one with this problem?
