No data conection on HSPA+ version, can you help?

So I noticed, after spending almost 3 hours on this FANTASTIC device, that the data is not working at all. I have ben on WiFi since I started the device up for the first time. I eventually left my place to go run errands and noticed that I was not getting any notifications (Facebook, twitter, etc). I quick glance at my phone and I see that the signal bars are greyed out and I have no data connection. I can still receive calls and texts but no data.

I went into the APN settings and I see a T-Mobile USA one in there (automatically populated when I tossed in the SIM). Seems right. Am I missing something?

Nevermind. After deleting the APN and then re-entering the settings, THEN rebooting, it connected right up. Got the blue bars with the H.

I just popped my T-Mobile SIM in and it was working. It does flash from "H" to "3G" on the indicator, by a speed test confirmed that it is HSPA+.

I had 3G as I drove through the ghetto and then it went back to H
