No data received with E, 3G or H showing on my Galaxy S4?

Hi all,

I am on Three Mobile and I have noticed that even when my phone is showing that I have 'H', '3G' or 'E' I cannot get any data. I have to have 'H+' showing before anything works and that is sketchy in this office at best. I have tried doing the whole airplane mode on/ off thing and switching the data mode from LTE/WCDMA/GSM to WCDMA/GSM but still no luck.

Any ideas?
