No flash video on browser?!?!?! Droid Razr

Ever since the Ice Cream Sandwich update I cant play flash videos on the stock browser. I tried the dolphin browser but that didnt work either. I uninstalled and installed adobe flash 11 but I still cant watch the videos.
Anyone know whats going on???????

On the rezound stock browser you have to go into settings and enable flash plug ins. See if that's an option for you guys

Set it to on demand if you can, always setting will kill battery quicker.
