No Game Launcher on AT&T Note 10+/How to change software to Unlocked

So I just got 2 free ATT Note 10s from my lady friend and I'm mindblown that it doesnt come with Game Launcher, one of my favorite features as a gamer. I've looked on advanced features settings and it's nowhere. Why would At&t do that on top of changing the original boxes to cheap AT&T branded, and also overloading its phones with bloatware. Is there a software update compatible with ATT I can SD sideload? Either unlocked or T-Mobile, my original carrier on my S10+? Its such an unpleasant experience in just a day of having these phones, I really dont even wanna use them like this. Any links or help would be greatly appreciated.

As for bloat, all carriers add bloat - you have to buy the unlocked version directly from Samsung to get one without carrier bloat (or locked to the carrier, which yours is too). Or you can flash the unbloated firmware. See N970U and N970U1 Firmware Links Here | Samsung Galaxy Note 10 (Odin patched for the Note 10 at Odin 3.13.3).

Download Odin 3.13.1 prince comsey
Go to sammobile and choose s10+ unlocked version and extract and flash it

No not possible, because you not going from carrier to carrier ...you going from carrier to unlocked
