No Google Search - Google Maps Tie?

Has anyone noticed that there seems to no longer be a tie-in between Google Search and Google Maps like there used to be? For example, on all of my other Android devices running 4.1.2 or above, you can launch Google Search, tap the mic button and say "map the nearest Burger King" and a map would pop up with the 3 closest locations marked on it. You could then click "open map" and the map would open in a larger window by Google Maps. What happened to that?! Now all I get is a list of links...???

Strange...I just tried that and I got the map with the open map button.

same here... got the map and getting direction voice to open map.

I guess it's good to see that feature was not omitted from this phone. Now I just have to find out what's keeping mine's from working. Thanks for the input guys.

Clear cache in Search might help.
