No Google voice search after home button double tap

I used to be able to activate Google voice search(microphone) by double tapping the home button on my S3. Now nothing happens when I do this. It must be a setting. Does anyone know how I can get it back? Thanks.

I thought it was S voice that did that.

There was a way to change it to Google voice search using the Home2 Shortcut app. I had used this to change it but I just noticed nothing was happening when I double tapped the home button. It was working fine for a while. I just don't use it alot so I don't know when it stopped working. Maybe with the latest update in the last few weeks. I cant get it to change back.

Call me crazy but logic would dictate that maybe the app hasn't been updated to support 4.4.2? I don' t use the app myself and since Google Search "OK Google" can be enabled in the latest version I prefer to use my voice instead of double tapping anything
