Android Central Question

When my Galaxy S10 screen
is locked and a call comes in the 2 options on the screen are red to decline and an orange/yellow button that does not let me answer calls. When I swipe it it hangs up on the call. I have figured out that I can use the volume up button to answer but I cannot figure out how to get that button to turn green. Help is appreciated

Check and see if you enabled accessibility to use volume up button to answer or in the phone app settings?

Have you looked over any apps that could interfere or application?

I have tried that but can't figure out what it is. I did see a previous thread that suggested an app (I checked and I don't have that).

I did re-enable the up volume to answer because once i changed that setting, restarted my phone, I then could not answer calls at all from the home screen.

Any thoughts on what the app may be? I'm going to disable Bixby routines next. Maybe I did something in there I was not paying attention to.

Just have to back trace and think what settings you tweaked and see if you can find it or app you installed . Most likely something you had done but didn't realize . Its pain because now you have to go through all of them

Indeed. Pain is the truth. Thanks for the thoughts.

I found it! It was a theme I had downloaded. Not sure why that would change my call a swerve settings but it was the culprit! It was a free theme from theme.seller called "pink".

Awesome...hopefully helps anyone that runs into this situation.
