No HD option in Facebook video app?

I can't find it.. it only appears for certain videos. I have a bunch of videos saved in my bookmarks and none of them have the HD option when they're available in HD on my iPhone.

I remember this happening back on the Note 4, and Facebook updated it 2 years ago and fixed it. Why isn't there an HD option on a lot of these videos in 2016?

Apparently if you use Android you have to upload the videos from your browser in desktop mode to get HD quality. Doesn't make sense why in 2016 it's not built into the app. Especially when iOS had the option.
