So I'm not really sure if this is an issue on my end or at&t's. I download a huge game on the network close to a gig, and I've used two gigs so far this cycle. My speeds have deceased, I'm pretty sure I'm throttled. Now, why can't I get on the hspa+ network? I originally thought it was a modem issue, so I reflashed that and nothing. The imei and everything is fine. I've tried different sim cards from at&t and still the issue. I'm assuming they throttle by imei, but I'm really not sure. So, is AT&T blocking me from hspa+? Or am I having issues with the phone? I'm sure I'm throttled, but I'm not sure why I can't get hspa+ because I can access lte and all the other bands. My phone is running carbon rom which has always worked and it hasn't changed for a month (it worked with hspa+ a few days ago). Any help would be greatly appreciated
