No incoming calls.

I also have Android, and I can't get a list of names or calls... In the middle of texting a message, it's sent...There's no time/date stamp for incoming calls. If I'm on the phone for more than 10 minutes, it's dropped....I've called many a CSR. They just offer to sell me another phone. What gives? Can you correct and update all system accounts?G
