No internet connection

Not sure what the deal is....I'm sure I set something wrong......or maybe it is my mismatched google password finally catching up to me, but I see no 3G or 4G icon on my screen, and I have no internet connection.

I am not using wireless, I have LTE/CDM on and have mobile network on.

any ideas? I'd call someone, but I am on calls at work....

make sure that it the back cover is on securely. If that doesn't work, pull the battery and sim and wait 5 minutes, then put everything back together again.

Agreed with above poster. Just wanted to add that no amount of bad passwords will ever make data stop working on your phone. Also if you're using LTE switch...hopefully you're not but set it back the way it was and at worst, check Verizon for an outage..had that a few too many times in my area.

I powered my Maxx down (can't pop the battery), re-set the SIM, and everything came back. Thanks for tip, guys.
