No internet on phone

[Android Central Question]

I bought this Straight Talk phone a year ago never had a problem until this month. Can't be on phone and search internet. I have tried cleaning caches. Tried airplane mode. Updated software. Mobile data is on. Turned phone on and off. Tried resetting it. Done all the things that have been posted on Google. How do I fix this? Hares my phone model LGL158VL

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using it on Straight Talk, or on a different carrier? In order to browse the web while also on a call, VoLTE (Voice over LTE) has to be turned on, and you need 4G signal. VoLTE goes under a bunch of different names, like Advanced Calling, HD Voice, Enhanced 4G, etc. Look in the system settings to make sure it's turned on. If you're still having problems, contact your carrier.
