No Internet Since 4:30 EST

Anyone know if theres an outage in the Tampa area ?
I havent had internet since 4:30 EST this afternoon.
Still dont and its 10:50 now.

T-Mobile is not answering the phone at all either.

I've rebooted multiple times and pulled the battery.
Still nothing, phone calls OK, internet ..... none.

maybe it is out,,, but try pulling out your battery for 5 mins and then try again and see if you get data.

T-Mo customer care is observing the holiday today, so no, there is no one answering calls.

Got thru to TMO service this morning.
They were no help.

Finally had to factory reset on the way to work this morning.
That fixed it.

Still dont know what caused it.

Pay attention to what permissions apps are asking for. Maybe one of them messed something up. Or you had a setting get changed somehow.
