No Internet?

Traveling in our RV, and we are used to varying signal strengths. However, right now, I have no internet connection on my Droid. I use a Verizon Air Card for Internet access on my computer, so that is obviously working.

Mobile Network is turned on, and set to be on even when roaming. About Phone/Network shows a signal of -59 dBm, with Mobile Network Type of CDMA, EvDo rev A, and In Service.

However, if I try to find My Location, I get the Data Transmit symbol, but no map. If I try to connect to the Internet, I get Web page not available for all sites.

I'm guessing that you already power cycled and did a battery pull on the phone? Is so, try turning the Wi-Fi on then off. It might jump start the Data. I've had to do that once or twice.

Hope this helps.

I've been getting this periodically since the 2.2 update, particularly after driving through a very weak signal location while performing some sort of data function (audio streaming, downloading an email attachment, etc). Turning the network radio off and back on doesn't fix it, but restarting the phone does. It's annoying, but infrequent. Maybe 3 times since the official update was pushed out.

If there's a fix, though, I'd definitely be interested in applying it.
