No LED Notification with Exchange mail app since the JB update

Since I updated to JB I'm not getting any LED notification with the default exchange app. Works fine with sms and gmail. I checked the notification settings and I can't find any setting to specifically turn the led on or off within the email app or when I go to the account set up, only options are for changing the ring tone or turning vibe off and on. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

I had to remove the account and readd to get it working for my issue originally. I'm not sure if my LED lights up or not for exchange. I will let you know..sending mail to check.

Nope it doesn't. Did it before?
