No LED

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn on the notification light when charging. There's no way to know if charging or not. No red light on when charging like S3.

Go under setting> display> led indicator... atleast on my international note 2 it has that option...

I might be wrong, but LightFlow is only for notification events, not Charging/LowBatt status. International version has the setting nelonez mentioned; there you can toggle LED for charging/lowbatt so maybe yours is just turned off (I think this was the default state it came in, but I can't remember)

Light flow needs work before I'll re install it. It makes my phone talk to me.... "The folder is open. ... The folder Is closed" ugh

But I do believe I remember the option for a charging led light.

If you have Root, try Light Manager-LED Settings in the market.
