no led

hello i have the samsung mesmerize and have been trying to get the noled to work for me. It works sometimes and not all the time. i tried to set all the settings as someone here walked me through and still cant get it what could the problem be . PLEASE HELP

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Then put the widget for no led in one of your screens and make sure that the little dots are lit up in it.
