No log-in button, only 'create your account'?

Why does the forum interface assume that no-one has signed up yet? In the below screenshot you can see a big button for creating an account but no button for logging into an existing account. Why is that? I don't want to create an account since I already have one.

STUPID PLACE TO HAVE A LOG IN. Yes. That is my statement. Move the log in to the top menu and Label it CLEARLY.
