I received the OTA last week (N7-2013) and haven't noticed any problems. It's running fine and I like it. But any fixes that come through a new upgrade are always welcome. Several of my friends who have the N7 2012 haven't received Lollipop yet. So, with so many people not getting it, it truly appears it has been pulled.

I was excited to get the update, BUT I wish I hadn't. The screen goes lighter and darker and my XFininity Go TV app doesn't work well. They took out Quick Office that had some lists, etc. in that I would like to have. I uninstalled the Xfinity Go TV app and reinstalled it and it still locks up or quits. It isn't my wireless cause I can use my husbands Kindle and the app works fine on it. I am hoping for some bug fixes soooon. And I do not like the white keyboard at all.

Turn off Adaptive Display under Settings -> Display.
