No mail in rebate at Sprint

So I'm not sure if it was only my sprint store but there was no mail in rebate it was instant! I got my phone in about 20 mins of waiting and the total as 200 and some change.. I thought for sure I was gonna have to do the mail in but to my surprise it was instant.. Anyone else experience this?

I was only charged 200 too, but given the rebate form and duplicate receipts too.
