No Marshmallow yet!?

I just started the update process from kit kat 4.4.4 on my n7 2013 with the hopes of getting to marshmallow. it seems to have took me only as far as 5.1 build number LMY470 and is now saying the system is up to date. It's been like nthis for 2 or 3 days now. I had to go through a few ota update processes to get to 5.1 and each time it told me right away that there was another update waiting but now I'm stuck on lollipop. Anyone have any ideas on what to do to get ota or are there still some devices that haven't received marshmallow yet?

If you do not want to wait, you could flash it yourself using WugFresh Nexus Root Toolkit. It can be found here.

I would rather not do a factory reset of possible. Is there a way to get marshmallow manually without a factory reset? I doubt it will come through its now as the build I am stuck on is from back in April and its still saying that I am up to date and not even offering the next lollipop build on the sequence. Weird

Is your bootloader unlocked? If it isn't unlocked you'll need to wipe the device when you unlock the bootloader. You won't be able to flash a factory image until you unlock the bootloader.

It's not unlocked that's why I was hoping for the ota.....and I got it!
I came home about an hour ago and there it was 6.0.1 waiting for me. I'm downloading and installing it now. Thanks for your time guys.
