+ A few minor questions.

I have had my Cappy since Black Friday last year, I was excited when they finally announced Froyo.
Since June (when I actually tried to update the first time) I have been unable to update. The first time on my computer I downloaded Kies, but it would not recognize my phone, so I downloaded the official drives, still nothing. The second time was on my families computer. Same steps as before, still no recognition (both times unrecognizable to windows & keys) the driver download would always fail when I would just plug the phone in, nothing after the driver download. Third time, my computer after I factory reset it, nothing, even more nothing after I downloaded the international drivers like someone told me to try. Windows doesn't even recognize it. (First and most recent on Windows 7, second time on Vista)
I've used a multitude of guides with nothing
Complaints:
I will ocasionally get a Low on Database storage message and have to clear the data on my browser, which loses all my bookmarks and stuff
The youtube app came preloaded and I can't update it because it doesn't show up in the market, this happen for anyone else?

Call your local ATT store and ask if they have a local service center. Walk it in and ask them to do it for you since it is not working for you. Hopefully the new samsung phones dump kies and get the OTA upgrading working correctly.

Make sure when you are plugging this into a computer, that you are using a DATA cable and not just a CHARGE cable. If you can transfer files with the cable, it should work for kies. If you spent less than $9 on it, it may only be a charge cable (power only). Also, make sure you are not plugging the phone into a USB hub (keyboard, front side USB port). Always plug into a port on the back of the PC, directly connected to the motherboard. If you have a laptop, try to use one on the back.

But at this point, I would try just walking it in and having them do it for you. If there is actually something wrong with it, they can swap it or perhaps offer you an upgrade.
