No media folder!

I was downloading new ringtones and when I went to add them to the notifications ringtone folder the entire media folder is gone. Is there anyway to recover it or add a new one where I can link it to the messaging app and calls so I am not stuck with the ringtones it comes with? Or is there a soft reset where I can reset the phone and not lose my contacts? Thanks ahead of time.

Just create a new folders:
- media
-- audio
--- notifications
--- ringtones
--- alarms

and copy your new ringtones there. Probably every Samsung device doesn't have those folders.
