no mobile internet connecion

My phone seems to lose connection to mobile internet sometimes, like I will lose all connection to 4G and 3G and 1x and the only way to get it back is to turn off mobile data and turn it back on...anyone else's do this? Worth trying to return? I have already tried a factory reset

Make sure your battery cover is completely snapped on. The battery cover is part of the antenna.
Or
Call Verizon tech support. They may need to reset your SIM card.

I had this happen once to me and it only happened when I went to a 4G area. It may have something to do with the 4G hand off that Verizon been having trouble with. I don't think anything is wrong with your phone, but I could be wrong. If anyone out there has one of Verizon's LTE modems could you let us know if your having the same problem with you usb modem?
