No more 4G! "Help"

Hi, so since having my tab s2 I've had an EE tablet sim installed and was getting 4g just fine.

After a few days of not using my tab I took it out of my bag to use it to discover that I no longer had any 4g signal at all.

Infact I had no internet connection period. The bars are showing but no internet access at all.

No settings have changed.

Decided to reboot which done nothing still have the same problem so I decided to do a full reset.

Again still no internet access or 4g.

Put the sim in my phone and no issue at all 4g working just fine,

Put the sim back into the tab s2 and again no 4g no internet.

I then looked in my settings and within the connection settings (I think that's where it is) there's options to change what you get so selected 2g / 3g and boom! The sim sprang into life and although there was no 4g I got 3G and internet.

Switched the settings back to 3G / 4G and nothing again.

I am really confused because everything was working fine a few days ago and it's not the SIM card.

Has any one else had this issue? It's doing my head in

Hi, have you tried speaking to EE - they can guide you through the settings process to make sure you have everything set up correctly for 4G connection.

So I rang EE yesterday, it turns out that the tab has been blacklisted and that's why I can't get any 4g on it as its blocked. I took it back to where I got it from and they are sending out a replacement

excellent new, I guess... so the seller sold you a tablet probably knowing it was blacklisted (stolen) where did you buy it?

I bought it second hand from CEX.

when they done a check it was fine, maybe me putting in my sim flagged up that it was stolen and then they cut my 4g off.

Should get the new one in the next few days
