No more email and text notifications with ICS...

When I had GB and would get new emails or texts, the text icon and the email icon would always show how many new messages there were. I don't get this any more with ICS using the ICS launcher...all I get is the envelopes in the notification bar.

Is this how it is supposed to be?

I think you have to use touchwiz launcher for that feature to work.

I figured so...don't like, but what can we do. I have had no other issues that have not been addressed positively that I can't complain.

Yeah there are a few things Samsung got right with touchwiz, not enough for me to use it all the time though.
