No more Fast Charging?

When I first plugged my phone in it said fast charging in the notification center. It doesn't say that anymore. In fact it doesn't say anywhere that's it's charging. But it is.

Something broken?

I don't have the 6P yet, but on my N6 it won't fast charge when it has over xx already of a charge. Could that be what's happening, you have too much of a charge already?
