No more Notification Importance or Priority?

I just got the S10 with Pie loaded. On my S8+, I was able to set Notification "Importance" so I could prioritize the phone calls, voicemail and text notifications to show first before any other notifications, in both the lock screen and on the pull-down notifications.

In the notification settings for a specific app, it would list the possible app options you could receive notifications on. For each option, you could choose it's "Importance"; I'd choose "Set as priority" for a few important notifications (listed above). Now it just asks for "Notification Style", and there is no priority option.

I can't find that setting anywhere on the S10! It's killing me! Samsung says the option seems to be removed in Pie!!!! Or, hopefully they moved it somewhere I just can't find it now!! Anyone know where it went?
