Apparently you can no longer have your phone on silent, without vibrate, and still get notifications. The Do Not Disturb features actually effect the behavior of a notification displaying along with the sound.
Is there seriously no way to get notifications without sound and without vibrate? I have tried turning vibrate off in each individual app, but the "vibrate" mode on the phone takes priority to the settings you choose.
With my phone on my desk, I have to now pick between either an annoying vibrate or a low volume that can still be heard...
