No more "Top Stories" in News & Weather?

I know it's really a no-frills app, but I actually use the News & Weather App quite a lot. In the past week, the "Top Stories" have either been limited to 1-2 articles or the "Top Stories" tab is gone altogether.

Anyone else having this issue? How can I fix it?
