No More Vibrate with Stock Text and Gmail App?

Just recently I can't get the vibrate function to work with either stock Gmail app or Text app. I have all the settings set for vibrate in the phone and the apps. Anyone else?

Did a reboot with a battery pull. Other apps vibrate. Nothing helping so far.

Double check you're Gmail and sms apps and make sure that vibrate is turned on. It may have turned off without you realizing it. The only thing I can recommend is re-installing the apps if a hard reset didn't fix it....Settings...Manage Applications... and clear the data and cache for the apps.
Another option that has worked for people is an app called Sound Manager..good luck.

Everything is checked for vibrate. Just checked again. Tried sound manager too. No luck.

Hey guys, in the gmail app go to settings then "labels to notify" from there make sure that you have set the inbox or priority inbox to vibrate when messages arrive!
