no mp3 playback or video? help?

ok so i rooted my phone w droid x with z4 root and put on liberty 1.5 and now i cant play music or video which previously worked on this phone and currently work on my droid 2 ive also tried fission and a cpl different roms and same error..? i was thinking i gotta reflash spf or whatever but do i just use the one stickied?
