I bought a smartphone from abroad (Mexico). It doesn't work now that I got back home (Europe), where there is no 4G availible in the area I'm living in. It worked in the capital city but not on the rural area where I'm living in. Smartphones bought from here do work though. Could it be that the GSM frequency on the phone is not supported here? Can it be changed somehow?
