No new market on thunderbolt

Any idea why I have the old market place on the Thunderbolt? How do you get the new one?

it was posted before as well, but go to app drawer, hit menu remove app, choose market, then clear cache

settings>applications>all>find market>clear data>reboot

Or you just download an app or two and eventually it'll switch over for you. Just isn't there out of the box.
