It went silent right before 24th when on 23rd Google had the playstore incident. The silence or no new rumors doesn't really signify anything but there's no new rumors.

Nov 1st is just another rumor and anything is possible. Their is no code to crack with in the leaks or rumors it's just wait and see what happens.
